You may return any items you have purchased within 7 business days after you receive the parcel for any reasons, including if you simply change your mind but the items should be in a reselling condition. That means you should keep the package in its original un-opened polybags and wrapping package. Otherwise the return request will be denied. And all items require damaged packing to open are not allowed to return.
You should send all your return requests to our Customer Service deparment from Contact Us link on our website menu or send to our email firstname.lastname@example.org . Once we got your request, we will advise you the return procedures via email and then arrange the refund for you. However, You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the items to us at the address specified in the delivery note within 30 days and 10% of the total order amount (items cost and prior shipping cost) will be deducted from the refund amount as handling fees. While in your possession, you must keep any items you intend to return to us in good condition.
If you received the wrong items, please don't send back directly. You should notify us through Customer Service email email@example.com and we will advise you the handling procedure of such items.
If your order was damaged in shipment, please report the damage at once to the local Post Office, USPS office or truck line that delivered your order. Hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise, no claim will be honored.
